Meet Our Chef - Rick Narasaki
Rick brings with him 15 years of culinary experience,
coming to the Ashburner Inn from Atlantic
City's Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino, where he was
the executive chef at EVO restaurant and bar. Rick is a member of the
American Culinary Federation and has recently completed his certification
at the Executive Chef level. His formal culinary training was conducted at
the Art Institute of Philadelphia where he received multiple awards for his
culinary skills preparing both hot and cold foods. As a seasoned Saucier,
his skill and talent will be showcased in the preparation of a variety of
ala minute pan sauces as well as some traditional and eclectic sauces
associated with regional cooking from around the world.
Rick is currently compiling a cookbook of regional
American recipes including their origins and history.
